I like ordering from the web for the sake of convenience. I
also like going to local stores for the personal touch. With Dillon
Rogers you get both. I was in a pinch for Mothers Day (It was Wednesday
afternoon and I needed something delivered by Friday and I had nothing). I
called Dillon Rogers, asked if I ordered right away would they be able to
ship same day. They said not a problem. Within 5 minutes of placing
my order I got a phone call from asking a question about my order, then 5
minutes later I got the shipping confirmation email with tracking number. There
is more to the story, but the bottom line is that this has been one of the
most human experiences I have had when shopping on the web. It is my
hope that no matter how big you get, you keep this as your core philosophy.

I got this for my fiancee for our first anniversary, and he NEVER took it off even for one day. He recently was doing some paint work and forgetting it was on washed his brushes his arm and of course the bracelet in some gasoline. The bracelet now smells to high heavens, so he cannot wear it.
