I like ordering from the web for the
sake of convenience. I also like going to local stores for the personal
touch. With Dillon Rogers you get both. I was in a pinch for
Mothers Day (It was Wednesday afternoon and I needed something delivered
by Friday and I had nothing). I called Dillon Rogers, asked if I
ordered right away would they be able to ship same day. They said
not a problem. Within 5 minutes of placing my order I got a phone
call from asking a question about my order, then 5 minutes later I got
the shipping confirmation email with tracking number. There is more
to the story, but the bottom line is that this has been one of the most
human experiences I have had when shopping on the web. It is my hope
that no matter how big you get, you keep this as your core philosophy.
