How long will my order take:
We do not stock any of our items. All items are handcrafted to your specifications, this takes a little time. Most orders ship from
our Los Angeles design studio within 2 - 3 days but can take longer. The actual shipping transit time can take up to 5 business days depending on your location and the shipping method that you choose. If you need your order in
a shorter time period, please contact us, we can usually make it happen! |
Can I return a product if I don't like it?
Yes, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, all products,
except for personalized products, ( a personalized product is a product with a name,
more than one initial or personalize message on it ) may be returned for a full refund
of the purchase price, less original shipping costs. Products must be returned within
30 days after receiving the goods and show no signs of wear.

Can I return a personalized product?
Sorry no, personalized products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please make
sure that you personalization is correct when ordering. ( a personalized product is
a product with a name, more than one initial or personalize message on it ) |
What shipping method do you use?
We only ship using UPS. UPS is does cost a bit more that the post office but their service highly reliable and has excellent tracking capabilities. Unfortunately the post office cannot offer service at this level. |
Do you mark-up your shipping costs or add
handling charges?
No, we do not add any mark-up to the UPS shipping costs. The prices charged to your order are the actual prices that UPS charges us. We do not add any handling charges. |
What if Dillon Rogers made a mistake with my order?
If we made a mistake with your order, we will correct the problem at our expense. |

All of our products are proudly designed and handcrafted in America at our Los Angeles

We are proud of the material quality and workmanship that goes in to all of
our products. We use only the highest quality leather and lead free metal

boutiques around the world. If you are interested in a local retailer, please
email us your zip code and we will look up the nearest's store. If your local
store is out of an item that you want, ask them to order it. If your favorite
store does not carry Dillon Rogers, let them know that they should! |
Can I get my leather bracelet wet?
Like
any fine leather accessory, we do not recommend submerging any of our leather
products in water. Doing so may cause darkening of the leather and premature
aging. Treat our products with love and care any they will look beautiful for
many years to come. |
Does Dillon Rogers ship internationally?
Our international customers can use our shipping partner "International Checkout" who
can accept international payments and ship our products directly to you. During the checkout
process, click on the "international orders" button and follow the instructions. |
In the rare event that a Dillon Rogers

a replacement part like a bead, string, or a chain, can I purchase
these items?
Yes, we do offer replacement components for home repair.
