Can I return a product if I don't like it?
Yes, if for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, all products,
except for personalized products, ( See "what is a personalized product" below)
may be returned for a full refund of the purchase price, less original shipping costs.
Products must be returned (post marked) within 60 days after receiving the goods and
show no signs of wear- it's really simple, if for ANY reason you are not happy with
your purchase, just send it back* (please call or email for a return authorization number)

What is a "Personalized Product?
A personalized product is a product in which we added a custom name, message, design or more than 1 initial to the item. Products with single initials on them like initial disc necklaces or initial bracelets ar NOT considered personalized unless we used a custom font.

Can I return a personalized product?
Sorry no, we put a lot of work into our personalized products, they
are non-returnable and non-exchangeable. Please make sure that you personalization is
correct when ordering. ( a personalized product is a product with a name, more than
one initial, a personalize message or an item which states "personalized") |
What if I made a mistake on a personalized
product.
We worked hard on your personalized item and they are non-refundable,. but if you made a mistake, call us,
we may be able to correct the problem for little or no cost. |
What if Dillon Rogers
made a mistake with my order?
If we made a mistake with your order, we will quickly correct the problem at our expense. |
How long will my order take:
We do not stock any of our items. All items are handcrafted to your specifications, this
takes a little time. Most orders ship out of our Los Angeles design studio within 1
- 3 business days from receiving your order but can take longer. The actual shipping
transit time can take up to 5 business days depending on your location and the shipping
method that you choose. If you need your order in a shorter time period, please contact
us, we can usually make it happen! |
What shipping method do you use?
We ship using UPS and USPS (The post office). Both services are reliable, USPS cost much less. if you need your order more quickly, UPS 2nd or 3rd services are available. |
Where are Dillon Rogers products made?
All of our products are proudly designed and handcrafted in the USA at our Los Angeles
design studio.

We use only the highest quality leather and lead free metal components.
All precious and semi precious metal and stone products are guaranteed
to made of the stated material and purity level. |
Where are Dillon Rogers products

Dillon Rogers products can be found in fine
boutiques and department stores around the world. If you are interested in a
local retailer, please email us your zip code and we will look up the nearest's
store. If your local store is out of an item that you want, ask them to order
it. If your favorite store does not carry Dillon Rogers, let them know that

Can I get my leather bracelet wet?
Like
any fine leather accessory, we do not recommend submerging any of our leather
products in water. Doing so may cause darkening of the leather and premature
aging. Treat our products with love and care any they will look beautiful for
many years to come. |
Do you do corporate and bulk sales?
Yes, we can manufacture any using any logo and at quantity level. Corporate and wholesale pricing is available. 323-525-1964 |
Does Dillon Rogers ship internationally?
Our international customers can use our shipping partner "International Checkout" who
can accept international payments and ship our products directly to you. During the checkout
process, click on the "international orders" button and follow the instructions. |
In the rare event that a Dillon Rogers
product need
a replacement part like a bead, string, or a chain, can I purchase
these items?
Yes, we do offer replacement components for home repair
or we will repair it for you usually at little or no cost. Please
