Order lead times:
We do not stock any of our products. All items are handcrafted to your specifications,
this takes a little time. Most orders ship from our Los Angeles design studio within 2
- 3 business days from when your order was placed. Stamped gold and silver necklaces may take additional time due to a 3 day polishing process. Actual shipping transit time may take
up to 6 additional business days depending on where you live and what shipping service
you have chosen. If you need your order quickly, you may want to choose a 2nd or 3rd day UPS
shipping option and let us know that your order it time sensitive, we can usually rush your order at no additional cost. |

UPS and USPS shipping and transit times:
Our standard UPS and USPS shipping service is ground, transit time may take up to 6 business days. For faster
deliveries, we also offer a 2nd or 3rd day UPS service. Please note that it may
take 2 - 3 business days or more, for us to process and make your order. Choosing a faster
shipping method only shortens the actual transit time, not the production time.
