If for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, all products, except for personalized products ( See What a personalized product is below) may be exchanged or returned for a full refund of the purchase price, less shipping costs. Returned items must be in their original condition with no signs of wear. Returned items must be postmarked within 60 days after the initial delivery of the order. We will not give refunds after this time period. All Dillon Rogers products are handcrafted in the U.S.A. we take pride in having an "American made" product! Our products are made from the finest materials. Our leather is of the highest quality soft and flexible to the touch. Some of our leather products are manufactured to have a distressed, vintage look and feel. Variation in texture and color are normal for these types of leathers and add to their attractiveness. As with any quality leather product, exposure to water or harsh conditions can cause discoloration, make them dry out and shorten their life span dramatically - just don't get them wet too often! All precious metal and natural stone products such as gold, silver or diamonds are guaranteed to be as described on our web site. Order lead time:
We do not stock any of our items. All items are handcrafted to your specifications, this takes a little time. Most orders ship within 2 - 3 business days from receiving your order but orders can take up to 5 or more business days plus the shipping transit time. If you need your order in a shorter time period, please contact us and let us know . We can usually accommodate you needs.
Personalized products:
Our personalized products are made to order and customized to your specifications. Please be sure that you have given us accurate information when ordering. Our personalized products are one of a kind creations and therefore, non-returnable, and non-exchangeable, all personalized sales are final. If we made a design error, we will replace the item free of charge in a timely manner. If you realized that you made a design error, we can usually fix the problem for free or at a reduced price. Order Cancellations & changes:
If you would like to cancel or change your order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations or changes after this time period are acceptable but may result in delays with receiving your order or refund.
Shipping methods and charges:
We ship via USPS (the post office). USPS provides us with excellent service and the ability to accurately track your package. USPS (the post office) also allows in-transit tracking. We ship from Los Angeles California, 90036. . USPS Ground, Priority and Express services are available. Choosing a faster shipping service only shortens the actual transit time and does not shorten production time which is usually 3 - 4 days but may take up to 5 days for our stamped disc jewelry. Warranty information:
All Dillon Rogers products, including personalized items, come with a 6 month limited warranty. If a manufacturing defect is found within 6 month after receipt of your goods, at our discretion, we will repair or replace your item free of charge. Out of warranty items can usually be repaired at little or no cost. To return an item, please see return procedures below. Our products are made from fine quality leather and should be treated as such. Exposure to water, chemicals or extreme conditions may darken, discolor or cause some leathers to run. We will not warrantee these types of damages.

Your personal information collected during the checkout process is only used for processing your order will never be shared.
You have the option to sign up for our mailing list. This allows us to send you news of our latest products and discounts codes. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical or programming error, Dillon Rogers will have the right to refuse, cancel or re-price product or order. The purchaser would be informed by email or phone if this occurred. Dillon Rogers has the right to limit the number of items purchased through our web site. Dillon Rogers has the right to refuse or cancel any order whether or not the order has been processed and your credit card charged. In the event that an ordered product becomes unavailable, Dillon Rogers has the right to cancel the order or item within the order that is not available. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order, or an item in your order is canceled, Dillon Rogers will issue the appropriate credit to your credit card account.
